Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

All mobile phones sold at Sumitra Sangam come with a Brand Warranty (e.g., Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc.).

In case of any hardware or software issues, customers must visit the authorized service center of the respective brand. We can assist you in finding the nearest center, but the final decision lies with the company.

Note: Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs usually void the warranty.

Goods once sold will generally not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect detected at the time of purchase.

For exchange offers (Old Phone for New Phone), the valuation of your old device is final and non-negotiable once the deal is closed.

We accept Cash, UPI, and Debit/Credit Cards. Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer only after full payment is received.

EMI schemes (Bajaj Finserv, etc.) are subject to approval by the finance company. Sumitra Sangam is not responsible if a loan application is rejected.
